Laura Maginnis

Laura Maginnis has over 20 years of experience in the space launch services industry. She began her career in the United States Air Force (USAF) supporting the launch of numerous GPS and NASA planetary exploration missions on the Delta II launch vehicle. She subsequently joined Boeing / United Launch Alliance and held positions in Launch Operations, Trajectory Analysis, Mission Design, Program Management and as Vice President of Government Launch, overseeing the successful launch of numerous NASA, USAF, and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) missions on Atlas V and Delta IV launch vehicles. She currently leads Mission Management as part of the New Glenn development team at Blue Origin. Through partnership with government agencies and commercial enterprises around the world, Laura’s career has focused on ensuring the successful launch integration and delivery of missions that explore the solar system, protect national security, and inform, inspire, and connect humanity. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Space Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology.
